Hi all, Have anybody tried this one yet ? I consider this or the 20/35 from Canon, have to say its tempting to choose the Sigma, however from what I have read, the Sigma lenses might not work with new EOS bodies and there have been quite some failures on them. Did not find it at B&H but Adorama have it listed to $549.00 which I think is a pretty good price.. regards, Morten

B&H has it for $549 also.

Do not forget that this lens is "DG", for DiGital. It’s designed for beeing used on digital SLR which not covers the 24×36 frame. The corners are surely not very sharp… The Canon 20-35mm USM is a great lens. Let’s wait a test. The next issue of Chasseur d’Images will publish the complete test ! On the 15 October 2001. — <
